higher education degree in hr, psychology, education, business, or related field.
excellent knowledge of russian labor code.
fluent english.
a profound pc user.

Должностные обязанности:
Under general supervision, is generally accomplished in a variety of human resources areas which may include recruiting, compensation, benefit administration, employment, professional development and training, etc.
may function as a team leader or group participant on special human resources projects.
administers all applicable personnel policies and procedures. Must be knowledgeable of human resources policies and procedures in the country where assigned.
demonstrates problem-solving skills.
interfaces with groups inside and outside the organization.
